Bhgabat Bhraman in Assam during Holi celebration

“Bhagabat Bhraman” in Panbari Adarsha Gaon (Panbari Model Village) in Golaghat district of Assam in India is a traditional ritual that every household follows for peace and harmony while celebrating “Fakuawa” (local name of Holi) under Panbari No1 Hari Mandir. Following the tradition, the villagers worship “The Bhagabat”, the holy book and take blessing while the chariot passes through the household for the well being of the family.
